Create and complete your file
Sign up for free and fill in your tenant file: identity, professional situation, income, current home, supporting documents (payslips, employment contract, ID...). The more complete your file, the more credible your profile.
Get your Tecto Score
Connect your bank account via Bridge (secure open banking). Our algorithm analyses a single piece of data: your rent payment, and nothing else, as stated in our Terms. The Tecto Score (out of 100) reflects only your rent payment reliability (punctuality, regularity over time), never your income, your expenses or your bank balance. Connecting your bank account is recommended but not mandatory; without it, a 40-point penalty is applied to your score.
Get your TectoPass
The TectoPass is your rental reliability passport, 100% free for tenants. You receive an official PDF document with your score, a QR code and a unique identifier number in the format TP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Each TectoPass is valid for 40 days and can be regenerated as many times as needed to present an always up-to-date file. This number lets landlords and agencies verify your profile instantly.
Share your TectoPass
Send your TectoPass number to landlords and agencies when you apply. They can verify your profile in one click on Immotecto. You can also apply directly to listings on the platform with your verified file.

Your TectoPass is valid for 40 days after it is generated. Regeneration is completely free and unlimited: update your TectoPass every month with your new data (payslips, statements...) to present the most complete and up-to-date file.
