Create your free account, then connect your bank account via Open Banking. The analysis is automatic. You can also supplement your data by importing bank statements or screenshots. All imported documents are analyzed by AI to verify authenticity. Each month, you can refresh your account to improve your score over time.

What is the TectoPass?

The TectoPass is an official PDF document for applying outside the Immotecto platform. It contains your Tecto Score, a QR code, and a unique identifier. Valid for 40 days. Price: €9.99 with 3 months of regeneration access.

You can use Immotecto without connecting your bank account, but your Tecto Score will be penalized by 40 points. We strongly recommend connecting to maximize your chances.
